Securing a hotel fit-out against a fixed opening date
A developer needed a complete FF&E package landed in time for a fixed hotel opening, after a previous supplier failed on quality.
Challenge
A West African developer had been let down once: a direct supplier shipped furniture and fixtures that did not match the approved samples, with no recourse and a slipping opening date.
Approach
We rebuilt the package from a vetted supplier base, negotiated a bilingual contract with quality penalties, and ran pre-shipment inspection in Guangzhou. Freight was consolidated to land in a single coordinated delivery.
Outcome
The fit-out was delivered complete and to specification ahead of the opening, with defects caught and corrected at the factory rather than on site.
