Pay before substantive work begins
The assessment fee activates research, scoping and risk review. It is not a charge for access or a holding deposit.
Assessment-led pricing
Every new SourceAxis Global programme begins with a paid Trade Readiness Assessment. We assess the commercial, operational and regulatory requirements first, then issue a written implementation proposal for the services actually required.
The assessment fee activates research, scoping and risk review. It is not a charge for access or a holding deposit.
We do not guess an implementation fee before understanding the product, markets, suppliers, regulations and workstreams involved.
Goods, testing, travel, certification, freight, duties and other external costs remain separately itemised and subject to approval.
Trade Readiness Assessment
The assessment is paid before service work commences. It produces the evidence and scope needed to price implementation responsibly.
The applicable tier can be confirmed after a brief fit check. Complex Programme Assessments are quoted from US$1,500.
For one straightforward product, one defined requirement or a single service pathway.
For several connected services within a China-to-World or World-to-China pathway.
For regulated, multi-product, OEM/ODM, multi-country or high-value programmes.

Pricing help
Questions about assessment fees, pricing and payment terms.
The fee pays for substantive professional work: requirements review, feasibility analysis, risk mapping, pathway design and written scoping. Payment confirms the instruction and activates that work.
The fee becomes non-refundable once the agreed assessment work begins because it pays for work performed, not for a future reservation. If SourceAxis Global declines the project before starting, the applicable refund terms will apply.
Implementation depends on the product, markets, number of suppliers or buyers, regulation, locations, inspections, logistics and project duration. The assessment allows us to issue a responsible written fee for the services actually required.
No. SourceAxis Global is paid by the client. Supplier recommendations are therefore based on the brief and evidence rather than on who pays us.
Questions about services, trade pathways and flexibility.
Yes. The custom-scope builder allows services from China-to-World and World-to-China to be combined in one assessment request.
Yes. A Core Assessment may be appropriate for a clearly defined standalone requirement. The assessment will confirm the scope, dependencies and implementation fee.
Material changes are documented and assessed before additional work begins. This protects both parties from unclear scope and unexpected cost.
Questions about payment, timelines and what is included.
Secure checkout is available by card, bank transfer and PayPal. Your assessment confirmation includes the payment link for your selected tier.
The assessment timeline depends on complexity and the completeness of the information supplied. The expected delivery date is confirmed before the assessment begins.
No. Goods, samples, tooling, testing, travel, certification, freight, insurance, duties, taxes and official charges are itemised separately and require approval.
