Assessment-led pricing

Define the work before pricing the work.

Every new SourceAxis Global programme begins with a paid Trade Readiness Assessment. We assess the commercial, operational and regulatory requirements first, then issue a written implementation proposal for the services actually required.

Implementation fees are quoted after assessment. Product costs, samples, testing, freight, duties, official charges and other third-party expenses are itemised separately.
01

Pay before substantive work begins

The assessment fee activates research, scoping and risk review. It is not a charge for access or a holding deposit.

02

Price follows evidence

We do not guess an implementation fee before understanding the product, markets, suppliers, regulations and workstreams involved.

03

Keep third-party costs visible

Goods, testing, travel, certification, freight, duties and other external costs remain separately itemised and subject to approval.

Trade Readiness Assessment

Choose the level that matches the complexity of your programme.

The assessment is paid before service work commences. It produces the evidence and scope needed to price implementation responsibly.

The applicable tier can be confirmed after a brief fit check. Complex Programme Assessments are quoted from US$1,500.
